Linda Mcdonald Lill

Linda McDonald Lill, age 73 of Huntsville passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2017 following a period of declining health.
Her family was by her side.
Mrs. Lill was born in Georgia to William and Ila McDonald. Mrs. Lill was born on September 15, 1943.
Mrs. Lill was happily married to Gordon for over 45 years. Mrs. Lill enjoyed being a homemaker and took emince pride in their
happy home. Gordon and Linda enjoyed traveling extensively and loved including their daughter's family with their trips which intensified
Mrs. Lill's joy. She loved being a Mother and her granddaughter Katelyn she absolutely adored.
Mrs. Lill will always be known for being a devoted and loving Wife, Mother, Sister, and Grandmother.
Mrs. Lill was preceeded in death by her parents William and Ila McDonald and one grandson Nicholas Simmons.
Mrs. Lill is survived by her husband of 45 years, Gordon Lill, Huntsville. daughter and son in law Teresa and Michael Simmons of  Hazel Green;
Brother, Bill Mc Donald of Athens, Ga. and Granddaughter Katelyn Simmons of Hazel Green. Mrs. Lill will be missed by a host of other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at Hazel Green Funeral home on Monday August 21, 2017 from 5-8 pm.Services will be at Asbury United Methodist Church on Tuesday, August 22, 2017 at 12 noon.Internment will be held at Valley View Cemetery in Meridianville.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to the Arthritis Foundation.
