Mrs Geneva Edwards Southard
October 22, 1933 — April 17, 2013
Geneva Southard, 79, of New Market, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday. She was a member of Mt. View Free Holiness Church, was a wonderful mother, and cared for others.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Norval Southard, her sister, Opal Williamson, and her brother, James Edwards.
She is survived by her children: Billy Wayne (Shellia) Southard, Carolyn (Billy) Sammons, Debbie Spray, and Beverly (Freddie) Wynn. Her brother: Houston Edwards; 7 Grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5 until 8pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11am at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Taylor Cemetery.
