Annelle Blackwell

Funeral services for Mrs. Annelle Blackwell age 88 of Hazel Green will be conducted Wednesday at 1PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Alvis Bolin officiating. Burial will be at Charity Cemetery. Mrs. Blackwell passed away Sunday morning in New Hope, Alabama at the home of her son.

Mrs. Blackwell was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbur Blackwell, one daughter, Patsy Bingham, her parents, Newt and Valeria Lawler and one brother, Marvin Lawler.

Survivors include one son, Troy Blackwell (Regina) , her grandchildren, Teena Kimbrough, Sandra Thomas (Norm Jr.), Jerry “Bull” Whitt Jr. (Brandy) and Brian Blackwell. Her great grandchildren, Samantha Layne (Jason), Norman Thomas III, William Thomas, Billy Childers, Chris Childers and Stoney Childers. Her great great grandchildren, Kaylee Pich’e and Bryleigh Layne.
