AnsLee Denise Moore, 5 months old, the infant daughter of Jessica Moore of Hazel Green, gained her wings and went to be with the Lord on Sunday at Children's Hospital of Alabama in Birmingham.
She was a miracle baby who fought for life with strength. In her short time on this earth, she was a blessing to her family and friends, and now is blessing to others in heaven.
She is survived by her mothers, Jessica Moore; Her aunt and uncle, Amberly Moore Williams and Christopher Williams; Her grandparents, Hope Campbell and David and Tanya Moore; Her great-grandparents, Peggy and Billy Swearengin; Her god-mother, Courtney Kunhart;
The family will receive friends on Wednesday evening from 5 to 8pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday at Noon at the funeral home with Pastor Lon Ostrzycki officiating. Burial will be in Charity Cemetery.
The family would like to express thanks to the staff of the Children's Hospital of Alabama, especially Hannah, Lisa, Kathryn, Katie, Ashley, Patricia, Donna, Holly, Amy, Courtney, and Joe.
