Ashley Renee Scott
August 9, 1988 — May 10, 2015
Ashley Renee Scott, 26, of Hazel Green, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday. She was a 2008 graduate of Hazel Green High School and attended the University of Alabama in Huntsville. She was a Christian and a member of the First Baptist Church of Hazel Green.
She was preceded in death by her uncle, John Underwood.
She is survived by her mother, Sandra Underwood Dowdy; Her brother, Robbie Collier; Her grandparents: James and Ella Underwood; Her uncles: Steve (Kris), George, Andy (Darian) , and Joe (Angela) Underwood; Her cousins: Sam, Renee, Brielle, Lauren, Kaylin, Jared, Ethan, Jeorje, Colby, Abigail, and Jakob. Ashley is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11am until 2pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Graveside funeral services will follow at 2:30pm at Valley View Memorial Gardens in Meridianville, Alabama.
