Bea Turbeville, 84, of Hazel Green, passed away on Sunday.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Turbeville; Her daughter, Jo Ann Fowler; Her brothers: James Gentle and Brooks Gentle; Her sisters: Goldie Scott, Edith "Bobbie" McPeters, and Essie Gentle; Her parents: Lelve & Myrtle Gentle.
Surviving family members include her children: Jim Elrod and his wife, Chong, Gary Parton and his wife, Jamie, Marty Parton and his wife, Cindy, and Barbara Miles and her husband, Neal; Her eight grandchildren: Stephen Fowler, Carla Bennett, Michael Garza, Phillip Parton, Ryan Parton, Samantha Layne, Amy Garcia, and Nathan Parton; Ten great-grandchildren: Tyler Bennett, Austin Bennett, Carlee Bennett, Abby Bennett, Kaylee Piche, Bryleigh Layne, Iris Parton, Gavin Garcia, Scarlett Garcia, Aden Parton. She is also survived by her sister, Dorothy Stubblefield, her brother, Carter Gentle, numerous nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog, Snow.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday beginning at 1pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3pm at the funeral home with Bro. Oliver Atchley officiating.
