Betty Jo (Rozell) Morris
March 30, 1942 — May 19, 2017
Betty Jo Morris, 75, of Toney passed away at her home Friday. She was a a life-long resident of Toney, a graduate of Sparkman High School and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was employed by Motorola and Adtran.
She is survived by her two daughters, Angie Shaw and her husband, Bruce, and Kelly Randall and her husband, David, along with her three precious grandchildren: Steven Shaw, Avery Randall and Brock Randall. She is also survived by her four sisters, Brenda Britton, Sherry Hindman, Sandra Posey and Debbie Moore, her two brothers, Thomas Rozell and Ronnie Rozell, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of almost 50 years, Orville Morris, her son, Michael Morris and her parents, Leaman "Jake" and Ozell Rozell.
The family will receive friends on Sunday evening from 5 until 8pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday at 1pm at the funeral home with Bro. Spencer Hardiman officiating. Burial will follow in Charity Cemetery.
