Bill Sylvester

Mr. Bill Sylvester, 65, of Ardmore, Alabama died Wednesday at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Mamie Sylvester; his children, Wayne Sylvester, Toby Sylvester, Cookie Sylvester, Donna Sylvester, Tiny Sylvester, Joann Bolden and Tricia Bolden; his sister, Barbara Hicks; his brothers, Monk Sylvester and Joe Sylvester; eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Sylvester was preceded in death by his parents, Lavern and Rosie Sylvester; one sister, Bonnie Hemphill and one brother, Jay Moore. Visitation is Thursday 6 to 8 PM at the Hazel Green Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted Friday at 12 noon at the funeral home chapel with Bro. Jamie Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in Gatlin Cemetery. Hazel Green Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
