Billie Damron, 74, of Hazel Green, passed away on Tuesday. She had owned and operated Butter and Egg Grocery in the Lickskillet Community. She is survived by her husband, Rayburn Damron; Her children: Candy and Donnie Jones, Donna and Rickey George, and Tammy and Ralph Clark; 2 brothers: Ben and Tommy Douglas; Grandchildren: Neal Sharp, Nicholas Damron, Adam Zwilling, Natasha Greenhaw, and Ally Clark; 7 Great-grandchildren.The family will receive friends on Saturday beginning at Noon at Hazel Green Funeral Home followed by funeral services at 2pm. Burial will be in New Sharon Cemetery. Hazel Green Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
