Bobbie Jean Watkins Odom, 77, went home on Christmas Eve, December 24 surrounded by her family. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Blaine, and is survived by her husband of 53 years, Thomas Odom, four children Mickey Creacy (Rick); David (Amy), Glenn (Merry) and Paul (Sherry); 11grandchildren - Selena Hughes (Rusty); John Odom (Tabitha); Patrick White; Tyler White; Emily Creacy; Megan Lewter (Edward); Josh Odom; Cody Lee Odom; Dillon Odom (Jessica), Courtney Wilson (Will) andSteven Boles; and 5 great-grandchildren - Katie Grace & Savannah Hughes; Braxton Odom, Kinsley Odom and Hunter Lewter. She is also survived by her sister, Betty Ann Irby; three brothers, Billy DaleWatkins (Teresa), Jim Watkins (Juanell) and Jerry Watkins (Carol), numerous relatives and friends.Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 27 at Hazel Green Funeral Home, Hazel Green, AL with visitation from 4 until 7pm and services immediately following with Pastor Matt Reed, Rev. Patrick Cooley and Rev. Jim Nunez, officiating. She will be buried in Isney, AL on Saturday, December 29, with visitation from 11am until 1pm at Freeman Funeral Home in Waynesboro, MS with graveside service at 2pm in the Isney Cemetery, Pastor Matt Reed, officiating.She requested no flowers - donations may be made to the New Market United Methodist Church Food Pantry or to the benevolence fund at the church.
