Charlyene Perry

Ms. Charlyene Perry, 57, of Huntsville, passed away on Wednesday at a local hospital.

She was a Christian and a member of Five Points Baptist Church. She had many friends in gospel music and enjoyed singing in southern gospel groups.   She was a loving aunt and sister and enjoyed time with her family and her dog, Sparkle.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter Hugh Perry and Ruby Brooks Perry, and by one brother, Robert Marvin Perry.

She is survived by her sisters, Barbara Ransom and Glenda Mitchell;  Her brothers, W.H. Perry and Eugene "Buddy" Perry;  8 nieces and nephews;  15 great-nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday at 3pm at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
