Funeral services for Chase Xavier Daniels age eight months of Hazel Green will be conducted Tuesday 3 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home with Rev. Sonny Moore officiating and burial will follow in Concord Cemetery. Little Chase passed away March 16th in Ardmore, Alabama.
He was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Peggy Laster, Danny Pruitt Sr., Lloyd a. Tielking Sr., Willie Alton Jones and Edith Tielking Bates.
He is survived by his parents, Alton Lee Jones and Alexis Nicole Pruitt, step father, Nathan Daniels, two brothers, Stefan Daniels and Grayson Andrew Daniels-Jones, his grandparents, Amanda Pruitt, Jesse Southworth, D.L. Pruitt Jr., Monica Pruitt and Patricia and Anthony Jones I, his great grandparents, Paul DeFoe Sr., JoAnna Pruitt, Sally Owen and Annette Jones and a host of loving family members and friends.
Pallbearers will be Anthony Jones I and D.L. Pruitt.
Visitation will be Tuesday 1-3 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home
