Mr. Clyde Kimbrough, 90, of Hazel Green, passed away on Monday at a local hospital.

He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in the Korean War.  He was a Christian and a member of Charity Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Rena Mae Kimbrough, by his sons, Dewayne Kimbrough and Gary Kimbrough, and by his siblings: Charles Kimbrough, Oscar Kimbrough, Al Kimbrough, J.W. Kimbrough, Lem Kimbrough, Tom Brandon, Sissy Swinford, Estelle Pate, Lina Hopkins, and Florence Lee.

Surviving family members include his son,  Steven Kimbrough; His son and daughter-in-law, Lary & Dorothy  Kimbrough; His grandchildren:  Kevin Kimbrough, Samantha Layne, Scott Kimbrough, Andrew Kimbrough, and Jacob Kimbrough;  His great-grandchildren:  Taylor Kimbrough, Caden Kimbrough, Jace Kimbrough, Addie Kimbrough, Lawson Clyde Kimbrough, Kaylee Piche, and Bryleigh Layne;

The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 5 until 8pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be Saturday at 11am the funeral home with Bro. Mike Jerome officiating.  Burial will follow the service and will be in New Sharon Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Scott Kimbrough, Andrew Kimbrough, Jacob Kimbrough, Jason Layne, Kevin Dewayne Kimbrough, Kevin Kimbrough, Randy Isbell.   Honorary Bearers are Taylor Kimbrough and Caden Kimbrough.
