Funeral services for David “Dude” Mullins age 60 of Hazel Green will be conducted Thursday at 2PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Eddie Clardy officiating. Mr. Mullins passed away Saturday at Huntsville Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Patty Mullins, two children, Lindsay and Jamie Vann and Corey and Dana Mullins, his mother, Lois Mullins, two brothers, Mike and Theresa Mullins and Delbert and Brenda Mullins, one grandson, Skyler Vann and a host of loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Alvin Mullins.
Visitation will be Thursday 12-2PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home.
