Funeral services for Dorothy Louise “Dot” Gray age 99 of New Market will be conducted Wednesday 1 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home with Bro. Edward Atchley and Bro. Mark Teet officiating. Burial will follow in Riverview Memorial Gardens located in Fayetteville. Mrs. Gray was born in Lincoln County July 17, 1921 and was a member of the Holiness Church since September 8, 1941. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Gray, one son, Donald Bernard Gray, one daughter, Nancy Bernadine Gray, two grandsons, Jackson Gray and Carter Gray and one step grandson, Drake Wheeling her parents, Fred and Allie Florence Mills Spurlock, two sisters, Belle Gray and Betty Tipps, one brother, Vernon Spurlock.
She is survived by two sons, Tony and Casey Gray and Don and Connie Gray, one brother, Glenn and Dot Spurlock and one sister, Wilma Bedwell, five grandchildren, one step grandchild, six great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Visitation will be Tuesday 4-8 PM at the Funeral Home. Hazel Green Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
