Funeral services for Edith Ray Brooks age 89 of New Market will be conducted Sunday December 29, 2019 2PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Lamar McGriff officiating and burial following in Concord Cemetery. Mrs. Brooks passed away December 19, 2019 in Huntsville. She was preceded in death by her husband, A.W. Brooks, one daughter, Linda Brooks Hall and one son, Roger Brooks.
Survivors include one son, Thomas and Jan Brooks, one son in law, Pete Hall, her grandchildren, Kathy and Kevin Gilliam, Kristy and Shannon White and Daniel and Hillary Brooks, her great- grandchildren, Morgan and Jason Joiner, Luke and Sydney Perry, Sloan and Mary Alice White and Dylan, Blake and Hunter Brooks, Taylor and Kolie Gilliam her great-great-grandchildren, Kinley Kate Joiner and Merrit Perry and one sister, Lucy Wooten and a host of loving family members and friends.
