Edith Wilson

Mrs. Wilson of Hazel Green, AL passed away at home on Saturday, February 15, 2020. She was a lifelong resident of Madison County, AL.  She was a homemaker until the early 1980's at which time she worked for Phoenix Custodial Service. During her employment she worked on Redstone Arsenal as well as on Wynn Drive for her 21 years of service followed by retirement.

She was preceded in death by by her husband Lloyd Wilson; her son Danny Wilson; her parents Ernest and Bessie Flynt; her sisters: Louise Hunter, Helen Manley, and Florence Tanner; her brothers :Leonard, Walter, and Carl Flynt.

Surviving family members are: her sons Randall, Dennis, and Rodney; her sister Peggy Boatwright, and her brother A.C. Flynt; her grandchildren: Angela Wilson-Hayes , Stacey Johnson, Mandy Bright , Katlyn Wilson, Tasha Wilson , Hannah Stewart , Brandy Wilson,  and  several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.

Visitation is Tuesday, February, 18 2020 from 5:00PM-8:00PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home. The Funeral Service is Wednesday, February, 19, 2020  2:00PM at Hazel Green Funeral home.
