Coach Glenn H. Bradley, 45, of Hazel Green, passed away on Tuesday.
Glenn was born in Fayetteville, Tennessee and grew up in the Hazel Green community. He was a 1990 graduate of Hazel Green High School and had served as class president his junior year. He was very involved in sports in high school and continued to be throughout his life. Glenn touched the lives of many young people through his passion for coaching sports, especially softball. Numerous students that he coached are now playing college softball - many on scholarships.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank & Jane Butler Hubert, and Clinton "Doc" & Daisy Frame Bradley.
Glenn loved spending time with his family and is survived by his wife, Leigh Ann Faulkner Bradley; His son, Case Bradley; His daughter, Jordan Bradley and her boyfriend Carter Harrison; His parents, Doyle & Elaine Hubert Bradley; His sister, Leann McBride and her husband, Brent; His aunt, Carol Bradley; His uncle, Ken Hubert; His cousins, Lucas Hubert and April Hubert; His nieces: Emily Fogg and her husband Austin, Kelsey Faulkner, Kinsey McBride, MaeLee Williamson, Elina Williamson; His nephew, Avery Williamson; His father-in-law and mother-in-law, Calvin & Anita Faulkner; His brother-in-law, Stacy Faulkner, and his wife, Beth; His sister-in-law, Karla Williamson and her husband, Daryl; He also survived by many friends and many softball players and their parents.
The family will receive friends on Saturday at 11:30am at Hazel Green High School. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2:30pm at the school with Rev. Milburn Gross and John McGough officiating. Burial will follow in Stateline Cemetery. Casket bearers will be Stacy Faulkner, Burt Towry, Victor Duskin, Tyler Duskin, Daryl Williamson, Avery Winsett, Lucas Hubert, and Jeremy Jackson. We wish to invite anyone who has ever played for Glenn or taken lessons from him (male or female) throughout the years to be honorary casket bearers and are welcome to wear team shirts or jerseys.
