Harold Dean Fowler of Fayetteville,Tn. passed away May 6, 2019 in Huntsville, Al. Along side his bed in CCU, his family held his hands and led him to the pathway of Heaven.
Visitation will be held at Hazel Green Funeral Home on Friday, May 10 from 5–8 PM. Funeral service will be held at Hazel Green Funeral Home on Sat. May 11th at 10 AM with Rev. Benny Berry of Bevills Chapel Baptist Church officiating. Burial will follow at Cedar Hills Memorial Garden Cemetery.
Harold was born in Huntsville to James Blakely Fowler and Jessie Mae Williamson (Fowler) on Feb. 16, 1962. He attended Hazel Green High School and graduated in 1980. He worked as a quality control inspector for Curtiss-Wright for 17+ years.
In his earlier years, antique car restoration, nascar, collecting novelty items, Atlanta Braves and University of Alabama athletics were his passions. Later in his life, he stayed a huge Alabama football fan and restoring his antique cars were his biggest passions, but he also gained an appreciation for lawn care. He continued his collection of “junk”.
Harold is preceded in his death by his father James, step-father Buddy Williamson, niece Jessica Fowler, maternal and paternal grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Harold is survived by his mother Jessie; brother Lary Fowler; sister Mary Fuller and husband Dan Fuller; wife Jacqueline Fowler, Toddler son Jace Lee Fowler; son Joshua Heath Fowler and wife Tayler; step-daughter Ashley Fernandez, step-sons Caleb, and Justin Fernandez; nieces Hannah Fuller, Carla Bennett; nephew Zac Fuller and Steven Fowler; aunts Jettie Hyatt, Virginia Green, and Mary Osment. Harold also had some super special brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law that were very special to him and his Family! Extended list of cousins and friends.
