Ida Mae Brown

Ida Mae Childers was proceeded in death by parents Edward and Ruth Bates Childers and husband Fred I. Brown. She is survived by son Mark E. Brown of Nashville, Tennessee. A resident of the New Sharon and Hazel Green communities she has lived for the last two years in Nashville. She was the last surviving founding member of the New Sharon Home Demonstration Club, which was founded in 1937.Visitation will be Monday, April 8th beginning at 12:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church, Hazel Green, Alabama, followed by the funeral at 2:30 p.m. The burial will be at Charity Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to First Baptist Church, Hazel Green, Alabama.
