James H. BentleyApril 29, 1940 - Jan. 16, 2012Mr. James H. Bentley, 71, of Hazel Green died Monday. Mr. Bentley was retired from the US Army and Proctor and Gamble. Survivors include his wife, Delilah Gates Bentley; his sons, Cliff and Sherry Bentley, Eric and Emily Bentley; his step-sons, Jay and Sonya Gates, Tom and Terri Gates; 15 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be Thursday at 7 pm at Plainview Church of Christ with Bro. Steve Hale officiating. Visitation with the family will immediately follow the memorial service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Alzheimers Association. Hazel Green Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
