James Buford SatterfieldMay 24, 1922 - November 24, 2011Buford Satterfield, 89, of Cullman, formerly of Hazel Green, went to be with the Lord on Thursday. He served in the US Army and was a WWII veteran who participated in Honor Flight in October of 2009. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Jim Thomas and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Pearline Satterfield.Visitation will be on Friday from 5 until 9pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 10am at the funeral home with Rev. Buddy Alverson, Rev. Bobby Crawford, and Rev. Benny Berry officiating. Burial will follow in Bevill's Chapel Cemetery.
