Jeremey Lee Baldwin
December 21, 1982 — December 20, 2017
Jeremey Lee Baldwin, 34, of Hazel Green, passed away on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at a local hospital.
He was a loving and devoted husband, dedicated, caring father and a wonderful friend to many. He had a heart of gold and great sense of humor. He enjoyed spending time with family, riding his harley, cruising the back roads,hanging out at the creek, grilling out and having bonfires. He was also a die hard Alabama football fan.
Surviving family members include his wife, Pat Baldwin; His children: Carlee Baldwin, Emalea Jacobs, and Gavin Jacobs; His mother, Jan Baldwin; His brothers, Jason Baldwin and Dominic Baldwin; His father, Jeff Belk; His grandmothers, Sue Ruley and Janell Everitt and his grandfather, Roy Everitt.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 1pm until 6pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. A private burial will follow later at Concord Cemetery.
