Jessica Craig Halgunseth

Jessica Craig Halgunseth, 35, of Huntsville, went to be with the Lord on Friday.

Jessica was a wonderful wife, loving mother, amazing sister and aunt, and a devoted daughter who was at her happiest when she was spending time with her family and watching her children playing sports.  Her hobbies included disc golfing with her husband and watching Tennessee and New Orleans Saints football.  During her middle school basketball career, she played for Coach Jerry Taylor and won a state championship.  Jessica was a devoted Christian and loved to share her faith with others.  She worked with her father and her brother at SOZO camps over the years.

Jessica was preceded in death by her father, Bruce Wayne Craig Sr., and by her grandparents, Raymond and Mildred Craig of Somerville, TN, by her grandmother, Mary Kemper, and by her niece, Brittney.

Left behind to cherish her memory:  Her husband, David Halgunseth;  Her mother, Rhonda Jean Snell Craig; Her children: Elijah Taylor, Eleigha Taylor, and Emileigh Taylor; Her Siblings: Bruce Wayne Craig, JR (Penny) Greenville, MS; Crickett Hoffman (Aaron) Ryland, AL; Nicholas Craig (Stephanie) Huntsville, AL; Christian Craig of Huntsville, Al; Tanya Adams (Kenny) Brownsboro, AL; Christine Corbett (Jason) Huntsville, AL.

She is also survived by maternal grandfather: James Snell of Emmett, AR; Her Nieces: Abbey, Christin, Trinity, Elizabeth, Jenny, Kelly; Her Nephews: Brett, Dylan, Kane , Bradley, James; And by her special relatives: Charles and Patti Sullivan, Jim Craig, Rick and Cindy Dennie, William Snell, Jerry and Martha Taylor, Bobby Russell, Richard and Della Halgunseth.

The family will receive friends on Monday 1/11/2016 from 4 to 6pm at Winchester Road Baptist Church.  A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 6pm.   Graveside services will be Tuesday, 1/12/2016, at Noon, at Valley View Memorial Gardens in Meridianville, Alabama.
