Funeral services for Mr. J.M. Payne age 93 of New Market will be conducted Wednesday at 1PM from the Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Mike Helton officiating and burial following in Valley View Memorial Gardens in Meridianville. Mr. Payne passed away Monday morning at his residence.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Sally Baker Payne, his children, Mary Dale Floyd, Barbara Ann Payne and Scottie Ray Payne and by his parents, Richard Meeks Payne and Virdie Smith Payne.

He is survived by his children, Bobbie Berry, Wanda Mason, Bonnie Hall, Judy Laten, Betty Williamson, Brenda Bennett, Sally Stockley, Richard Payne, Jerry Payne and Donald Payne.
