Mr. Joe M. Taylor, 66, of Hazel Green, passed away on Thursday evening at his home. He was a United States Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War. He enjoyed building race cars and racing at the Huntsville Speedway where he was crew chief of Outlaw Racing 01"; He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years
