Funeral services for Jonathan Adam Cook age 31 of Athens, Alabama will be conducted Thursday at 2PM from Hazel Green Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery. Mr. Cook passed away Monday.
He is survived by his wife, Lora Crabtree Cook, his children, Hailey Hill and India Cook, his step children, Alex Crabtree, Anna Crabtree and Elijah Crabtree, his parents, Melony Cook, his father, Kenneth Cook, his step mother, Shirley Cook, two sisters, Mindy Haynes and her husband, Michael, Tina Woodliff and one brother, Mark Lard, his grandmother, Joyce Clem and a host of loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening 5-8PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home.
