Joyce Ann Harbin
April 8, 1935 — July 27, 2013
Joyce Ann Harbin, 78, of New Market, passed away at home surrounded by her family on Saturday. She had retired from the Madison County License Department where she had worked for 12 years. She was a member of the Union Grove Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James K. and Norine Landman, and her brother, Jerry Landman.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Billy D. Harbin; Her children, Danny Harbin and Sandy Phillips; Her grandchildren, Krista (Chris) Contreras, Whitney Phillips, and Kayla Phillips.
The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 5 until 8pm at the Union Grove Baptist Church. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2pm at the church. Burial will follow in Taylor Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of North Alabama.
