Kathy Maynard, 42, of Hazel Green, passed away on Monday.
She had been a student at Madison County High School, she loved doing crafts, and was employed by Vascular Surgery Associates in Huntsville.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ann Stewart.
She is survived by her daughter, Kayla Maynard Johns, by her son, Clint Maynard, and by her granddaughter, Sutton Rachelle Johns; Her fiance, Steve Smith; Her father, Charles Leon Stewart; Her sisters: Kerry York & Sheila Cross; Her brothers: Scotty Stewart & Anthony Stewart; Several loving nieces and nephews.
While she will be missed by many, she will always be loved and remembered.
The family will receive friends on Thursday evening from 6 until 9pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Friday at 1pm at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Hayden Cemetery in New Hope.
