Kattie Jo (Cantrell) Brocato

Kattie Jo (Cantrell) Brocato, age 31, passed away from this world and went to be with the Lord Sunday, September 12, 2021. She was born April 16, 1990.

Kattie was an unashamed follower of Jesus Christ. She enjoyed playing piano and did so for many years at her church, Neeley’s Chapel. Kattie was a teacher and took great pride in loving each of her students as if they were her own children.  Kattie was a bright light and a witness for the Lord. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend to many.

She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Earl and Josephine Cantrell and Bill and Betty Jo Martin, and two unborn children, Arrow and Dot.

She is survived by her husband Chris Brocato, Son, Samuel Brocato. Parents, David and Debbie Cantrell, Brother, Adam (Dana) Cantrell. Her Mamie, Shirley (Barry) Brady, Nephews Tyler Cantrell, Matthew Cantrell and Eli Ferris. Father and Mother-in-Law, Rick and Teresa Brocato, Sister-In-Law, Emily (Chris) Ferris, as well as numerous Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 15, 5:00 – 8:00 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home.  Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 16, at 11:00 AM at Hazel Green Funeral Home with Bro. Lamar McGriff.  Burial will follow in Rice Cemetery.
