Kenneth E. Mayes age 66 of Hazel Green passed away Tuesday September 24th at a local hospital. He graduated from Hazel Green High School in 1965 and was a retired truck driver. Kenneth was preceded in death by his mother, "Carrie" and his father, "Charlie", four brothers, Leroy, Melvin, Fred and Jerry and a sister, Dorothy Brumlow Survivors include his wife, Donna, a son, Kevin Mayes and daughters Kimberly Burns and Catrina Douthit, a brother Charles (Helen) and sisters Joyce (Billy) Carter, Doris Mayes and Sonjia (Billy) Anderson, Grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1-2 P.M. at Hazel Green Funeral Home with services to begin at 2 P.M. in the chapel. Burial will follow in Taylor cemetery. In lieu of flowers please make donations to your favorite charity -
