Kim Ricketts
July 27, 1971 — November 4, 2017
Kim Ricketts, 46, of New Market, went to be with the Lord on Saturday evening.
Kim was a 1989 graduate of Hazel Green High School. She had a caring heart, was always concerned about others, and was the life of the party. She loved animals and often rescued those in need.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Karla Graham; Her grandparents: Rev. Wilson & Velda Ricketts and Herschel & Merle Bain.
Surviving family members include her parents, Lloyd & Lynda Ricketts; Her nephews, Tyler and Cody Houk; Her great-nephew, Preston Houk; Her beloved dogs, Rachel and Pookie. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family will receive friends on Monday evening from 5 until 8pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2:30pm at the funeral home with Rev. Stan Mullins and Rev. Brad Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Taylor Cemetery.
