Lee Ames, 50, of New Market died Monday at his residence. He is survived by his parents, Dillard and Jewel Ames of New Market; his sister, Janice Ames Brown of Fayetteville; his brothers, Randy Ames of Fayetteville and Jeffery Ames of New Market; several nieces and nephews and his close friend, Helen Moodockus. Visitation is Wednesday 6 to 8 PM at the Hazel Green Funeral Home. The graveside funeral service will be Thursday 11 AM at Cochran Cemetery. Visit
