Levi Alexander Heintzelman

Funeral services for Levi  Alexander Heintzelman age 3 will be conducted Saturday at 1PM from the Lakewood Baptist Church with Rev. Terrell Boyd officiating. Burial will be in the Charity Cemetery with Hazel Green Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Levi passed away Tuesday with his grandmother, Monica Waldon as result of an automobile accident in Hazel Green.

He is survived by his parents, Hollye Waldon and Chase Heintzelman, one brother, Creek Heintzelman, his grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles and a host of loving family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother Noah Heintzelman.
