Luther "Bug" Lloyd LankfordJune 19, 1927 ~ June 23, 2009Mr. Luther "Bug" Lankford, 82, of Hazel Green died Tuesday at his residence. He leaves behind a wife, Mary Alice Lankford of 58 years; two sons, Roger and Barbara and David and Linda; six grandchildren, Tina, Amanda, Nickie, Derrick, Jamie and Scott; seven great-grandchildren; two sisters; seven brothers and many nieces and nephews and special friends, Dickie and Sandra Moore. Visitation is Thursday 5 to 8 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Friday 2 PM at the funeral home chapel with Brother John Frank and Brother Wayne Berryhill officiating. Burial will follow in Rice Cemetery. Hazel Green Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
