Lynn Margaret Junge

Lynn Margaret Harder Junge, 72 of Athens passed away July 22 , 2018 at her home surrounded by her loved ones.

Lynn was born April 23, 1946 in Oconomowoc, WI. As an infant she was adopted by her loving parents, Earl and Priscilla Harder. She was a beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to many. Lynn graduated from Virginia College in 1997 as a medical assistant. She used her skills and love for people to serve our community at Occupational Health through Huntsville Hospital as well as for Graham Medical Clinic. She was also a volunteer for the Red Cross.

Lynn loved spending time with her family and friends camping at Little Mountain Marina. She enjoyed crafting as well as watching the game show network and any and all sporting event. She loved college football and supported Rodney’s Alma mater Wisconsin. She was also a life long Packer fan.

Lynn is survived by her husband of 48 years, Rodney G. Junge of Athens ; two daughters Catherine Junge and Deborah Junge both of Huntsville; one brother Dr Richard “Dick” Harder (Diane), one nephew Craig Harder and two nieces Kirsten and Lachlan Harder all of Michigan.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Priscilla Harder

In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to the American Diabetes Association or Arthritis Foundation.
