Mrs. Mamie Sulser, 84, of Winchester, Tennessee, formerly of Taft, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 28, 2016 .
She was a 50 year member of the Home Demonstration Club and she enjoyed crocheting, cooking, sewing, search-a-word puzzles, and taking care of her family as a wife and mother. When her children were younger, she was always supportive of them and their sports team mates. Mrs. Sulser was a long-time member of the Taft United Methodist Church and then was a part of the Coldwater United Methodist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie Glaze "Dock" & Nina Whitt, and by her 11 siblings: Bill, Bob, Sam and Ralph Whitt, HIlda Rector, Ruth Grubbs, Dean Kelly Rector, Martha Fortner, and three who died as infants, and her grandson, Chris Coble.
Surviving family members include her husband of almost 69 years, G.W. Sulser; Her daughters and sons-in-law, Faye & Phillip Coble, Kathy & James Gray, Lisa & Mark Price, and Nancy & Terry Bradford;

She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 31, 2016, from 11am until 1pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1pm at the funeral home with Rev. George Turke officiating. Burial will follow in Blanche Cemetery.
