Mark David GreenJune 27, 1962 ~ December 3, 2008Mark David Green, 46, of Toney passed away Wednesday at his home.Mark was a member of Elkwood Holiness Church for over twenty years. He was a true soldier who loved God and endured his illness with patience, never questioning God's will. He truly fought a good fight and kept the faith. Mark departed this life December 3, 2008, and fully expects to receive the promise ofhis Lord; a crown of righteousness and eternal life.His father, James David Green, preceded Mark in death.He leaves his loving wife of 26 years, Sandra Ann Self Green; son, Dustin David Scott Green and wife Candice; daughters, Misty Deann Wheeler and husband Eric and Melissa Wanette Green; parents, Janette and Bill Price; sister, Connie Pearson; grandchildren, Noah Spencer Wheeler and Alexis Sienna Wheeler;stepbrothers, Steve Price and Patrick Price, several nieces and nephews and a host of beloved friends.Hazel Green Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Visitation will be held from 5 P.M. to 9 P.M. Thursday at Elkwood Holiness Church. The funeral will be Friday 1 P.M. at Elkwood Holiness Church with Brothers Royce Estes, Joe Allison and Mike Keel officiating. The body will lie in state one hour prior to time of service at the church. Burial will follow in Elkwood Cemetery. Visit
