Mary Fay Pennington

Deceased Husband, John Hulon Pennington.  Son, Dennis Gordon Pennington.  Brother,   John Z. Henry Ketner. Father, Henry Jonathan Ketner and Mother, Mary Fay Launtzer.

Mary is survived by one son, John Douglas Pennington of Huntsvillr, Al, and two daughters, Mary Fay Oliver of Marion, NC and Drinda Evon Britton of Woodstock, Ga. 10 Grandchildren and 15 Greatgrandchildren and 2 Neices.

Mary F. Pennington also known as MamMaw and Granny and sometimes as Fay was born on 01/25/26 in Williamsburg , PA of a Dutch father,, and Irish mother, thus her vibrant personality.

Mary worked as a Secretary at the Pentagon in D.C. in 1944 until she met and married her husband and started her family. She also worked in retail  and insurance. After her husband passed away in 1985, choosing not to stay home she took a position as sales associate with Waffle House and later as door core until she was 84 year's young. She was a very vibrant and outgoing woman and was loved by her family and many friends. She will be missed.
