Mary Eleanor Phillips
October 29, 1930 — December 5, 2022
Mary Eleanor Phillips, 92, of Kansas City, Missouri, a native of Madison County, Ga, passed away on Monday, December 5, 2022.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, and was a faithful follower of Jesus Christ.
She was preceded in death by her son, Terry Phillips, and by her daughter, Theresa Phillips.
Surviving family members include her husband of more than 50 years, Wesley Phillips; Her son, Tony (Elander) Phillips; Her daughter, Gail Phillips; Her daughter, Tammy (Kenneth) McGuire; Her sister, Janie Seagraves; Her sister, Alma Jean Whitlock; Her brothers, J.W. Seagraves and George Seagraves.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Wednesday at 3pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home with Bro. Wendell Frazier officiating. Burial will follow in New Sharon Cemetery.
