Mary Catherine Fain SharpApril 19, 1930 ~ October 13, 2010Mrs. Mary Catherine Fain Sharp, 80, of New Market died Wednesday at a local hospital. Survivors include her children, Mary Bohr and husband Kenneth, William P. Sharp and wife Sherry, Robert Sharp and wife Nelda; her grandchildren, Leslie and Kevin Bohr, Keith and Chad Sharp, Karen Neely, LeAnne Russell; nine great-grandchildren. Mrs. Sharp was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Leslie Sharp and one son, Frankie Sharp. Visitation is Friday 5 to 8 pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. The funeral service is Saturday 1 pm at New Market Baptist Church with Rev. Bobby Eads and Rev. Don Schultz officiating. Burial will follow in Rice Cemetery.
