Michele Irwin
June 8, 1952 — November 25, 2018
Michele "Micki" Irwin, 66, of Meridianville, Alabama, passed away on Sunday.
She was born and raised in Elwood City, PA. In 1989, she married her husband and they traveled extensively while he served in the US Army. They lived in Fort Sill, Oklahoma, Fort Carson, Colorado, Germany, and then retired at Redstone Arsenal. She was a Christian and a member of the First Baptist Church of Meridianville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leroy & Betty Cortez.
Surviving family members include her husband, Bruce Irwin; Her son and daughter-in-law, Timothy & Nole Mihalko; Her brother, Ray Cortez; Her daughter, Jessica Seelye; Her grandchildren: Tony Mihalko, Macaela Mihalko, Nole Oldaker, Alex Seelye, Jordan Seelye, and Jada Seelye.
The family will receive friends on Saturday evening at 3pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will follow at 4pm with Dr. Tommy Bolan officiating.
