Mr. Keith Elsworth Johnson, 86, of Toney, Alabama, formerly of MIchigan, passed away on Wednesday at his home.
After serving in the United States Army, he attended college and studied to be a chiropractor. He was a Christian and a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, and loved traveling in his RV and playing music with friends.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Dorothy Johnson; His daughter, Shelly Kingsley; His step-daughter, Edie Fisher; 3 step-sons: Ron Odem, Don Odem, and Joey Odem; His brother-in-law, Marion Morris; 2 grandsons: Ryan Zigler and Jared Pounders; 6 step-grandsons: Ricky Odem, Lucas Odem, Danny Odem, Sam Odem, Phillip Clemmons, and Eli Fisher; 1 great-grandson, and 9 step-great-grandchildren;
Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents: John and Lulu Johnson, and by his brother, Errol Johnson.
A service is being planned for the family in Michigan at a later date.
