Mr. Woodrow Wilson Baker
March 24, 1928 — November 25, 2013
Mr. Woodrow W. Baker, 85, of Hazel Green, passed away on Monday at a local hospital. Mr. Baker was retired from Teledyne Brown/Wah Chang Engineering. He was a faithful Christian who had served as a deacon and was a faithful member of Murphy Hill Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Gloria Baker.
He is survived by his daughters, Lagatha Baker Bergin Pitt and Janice Baker Smith; 4 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by his brother, W.A. Baker;
Funeral services will be Friday at 1pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service and burial will follow in Bevill's Chapel Cemetery.
