Nelda Sanders, 74, of Fayetteville, passed away October 7, 2019 at Bailey Manor. She was born on October 12, 1944 in Guntersville, Alabama, to Robert (Jack) and Betty Mae Graves Reed.
Nelda is survived by her son, Joseph Duane Sanders, her daughter, Connie Fogg (Bob) of Fayetteville, Tennessee, Granddaughter Candace Hardiman Crawford (Nathan) of Hazel Green; Grandsons Connor Fogg and Chandler Fogg of Fayetteville, Tennessee; great grandson Jace Kohen Crawford of Hazel Green; Brothers Bob Reed (Gladys) of Union Grove, Alabama, and James Ray Reed (Judy); Sisters Linda Sanders (Lawrence) of Union Grove, Dean Meeks (Larry) of Fayetteville, Wanda Holt (Glenn Smith) of Union Grove, Margarett Hayes of Union Grove, and Sue Tomlin (AL) of McCalla. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her late husband Robert Earl Sanders; her mother Betty Mae Graves Reed, her father Robert R (Jack) Reed; son-in-law Ronald F Hardiman, Jr; Brother Kenneth Reed; sisters Janice Quick, Ruth Christa, Inez Gilbreath, and Shirley Taylor.
The family will receive friends at Hazel Green Funeral Home on October 10, 2019 from 11:00 AM -1:00 PM Funeral services will be at Hazel Green Funeral Home on October 10, 2019 at 1:00 PM with Brother Don Pierson officiating. Interment will be at Maple Hill Cemetery.
