Survivors include her husband, Monico Pinales; her children, Terry Perry, David Perry, Robby Phillips and Danny Wilbourn; her father, Raymond Phillips; her sisters, Terrie Phillips, Ramona Carol Thomas and Crystal Watson; her brothers, Raymond Phillips, Jr and Robert Leon Phillips; her grandmother, Ruth Clark and 11 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother, Judy Phillips. Visitation will be Saturday 5 ~ 8 PM at Hazel Green Funeral Home. The funeral service will be Sunday 11 AM at the funeral home chapel with Chaplain William Simmons officiating. Burial will follow in Stateline Cemetery. Visit
