Ralph Wayne Hunter
August 14, 1948 — April 25, 2014
Mr. Ralph Wayne Hunter, 65, of Hazel Green, passed away on Friday after a long illness. Mr. Hunter was a 1966 graduate of Hazel Green High School and was a farmer and logger until his retirement.
He enjoyed coaching little league baseball and softball and dearly loved his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Cecil and Ann Hunter and his granddaughter: Breanna Nicole Hunter;
He is survived by his wife, Linda Greenhaw Hunter; His son: Ralph Wayne Hunter Jr. and his wife, Julie; His daughter: Jennifer Hunter Neeley and her husband, Keith; His son: Chris Hunter and wife, Krista; His daughter: Donna Cardin; His Daughter: Karen Cardin Stubbs and husband, Jimmy; His daughter: Katlin Bolin;
He is also survived by 10 grandchildren: Kennly Williams Hunter, Zachary Hunter, Talon Hunter, Megan Kirkpatrick, Jackson Hunter, Ty Hunter, Reese Hunter, Dontreus Marberry, Ronnie Cardin, and Cardin Stubbs.
The family will receive friends on Friday evening from 6 until 9pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Saturday at 11am at the funeral home with Dr. Tommy Bolan officiating. Burial will follow in Stateline Cemetery.
