Pastor Wayne Craig, 62, of Huntsville, Alabama, formerly of Somerville, Tennessee, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday evening. He recently retired as the student Pastor at Warren Community Church in Somerville, Tennessee. He also owned Craig Painting.

His greatest accomplishment was his family and their faith in Christ.

He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Craig; His children: Bruce (Penny Rene) Craig, Crickett (Aaron) Hoffman, Nic (Stephanie) Craig, Jessica Craig and fiance, David Halgunseth, and Christian Craig. He also considered Tanya Adams, David Akins, and Renee Markle his children. Other survivors include his grandchildren: Christen Boyette, Brett Craig, Elijah Taylor, Eleigha Taylor, Emileigh Taylor, Abbey Craig, and Dylan Craig; Siblings: Robert Lucy, Jim Craig, Carolyn Leatherwood, and Wanda Cannon. His father-in-law, Jim Snell; And many other nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, Raymond and Mildred Craig; Granddaugher: Brittney Craig; Sister: Gloria Ward; Brother: Joe Craig; Sister: Sue Ventura.

The family will receive friends at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville on Saturday beginning at Noon; Funeral services will follow in the Spry Chapel at 2pm with Hazel Green Funeral Home in charge.

There will be a memorial service on Monday, July 8, 2013 at 2pm at the Warren Community Church in Somerville, TN.
