Ricky D Esslinger

Ricky Dean Esslinger, 56, of Hazel Green, Alabama, passed away Monday, June 27, 2022 at his home with his loving family at his bedside.  He was the owner of R & D pest control. His first priority was his family they were always together even till the end. He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle, and grand-uncle and all-around loving person.

He was preceded in death by his parents Andrew David Esslinger & Margaret Hodges Esslinger.

He is survived by his wife of 33 years Jennifer Smith Esslinger,(Son) Dillon Esslinger, (Sister)Patsy Sarangi, (Brothers)Roger Esslinger (Lisa), Donald Esslinger(Kim), In-laws, Bobby and Jerri Smith, sister-in-law Kim Whisenant (Scott), Cousins, nieces, nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 5 until 8pm.  Funeral services will be Wednesday at 11am at Hazel Green Funeral Home with Pastor Benny Berry officiating.  Burial will be in Taylor Cemetery.
