Survivors include his children, Nathan Buchanan, Justin Buchanan, Ciera Buchanan, Chelsea Smartt; his parents, A.J. and Betty Jo Buchanan; his sister, Lisa Byars; his brothers, George Buchanan, Larry Buchanan, Tommy Buchanan, Anthony Buchanan; his ex-wife, Pat Buchanan; his four grandchildren, Wyatt, Nicholas, Cloi and Willliam. Visitation is Tuesday 5 to 8 pm at Hazel Green Funeral Home. Hazel Green Funeral Home is honored to serve the family.
